Hi. We're Australian owned and based in Sydney. Our suppliers are typically stockists for the trade - the guys that mainly sell to workshops and high end retailers. We vet them very carefully and they'll get a dressing down if it's not up to par. So don't worry there :) That said, we still push for great deals. We don't always get them but we try and pass on what savings we do get. The available quantity we list is what we have on the shelf. Unlike some other retailers, we don't list things in stock at our supplier. This way there's no surprises and we can post it within our promised turnaround.
We also try to post photos of the actual product you're buying - but we've realised that's not always possible. But for most things - what you see is what you get (we'll be honest though. Mistakes happen! If you spot something, please let us know. We'll be super grateful).
