  Mi primer mensaje pidiendo una actualización sobre el estado, la contestaron pidiendo disculpas y prometiendo envío inmediato con referencia de seguimiento. Al no saber nada, volví a contactar. Esta vez ni me contestaron, simplemente reembolsaron el dinero pagado el último día anterior al indicado de la fecha de entrega. Habría sido una pena no conseguir el juego en cualquier caso pero el cómo se ha comunicado ha sido pésimo. Falsas promesas y silencio.
