This item was listed as NEW and priced competitively with other listings for the same item advertised as NEW; however, when the package arrived the security seals for the item had been slit and the item had clearly been removed from its box. The item was in good condition but not NEW as advertised. I contacted the seller twice and requested an explanation for the misleading advertising and requested a partial refund. The seller would only offer to accept a return and no apology.
