    Positive messaging with the seller as the item did not arrived on time. However, I blame Royal Mail for that as I have currently experienced either with a long delay or none receipt of an item. However, after contacting the seller, he responded and the item arrived the following day. Therefore I would recommend this seller, as his response was immediate and obviously checked it out.

    Wrong colour sent. Contacted seller and they said they sent the wrong colour on purpose because that was all they had. I wish they would have said at the time so I could have cancelled and re-ordered elsewhere. Now I have waited for it to arrive and now have the bother of returning it. Waste of time.

    Clearly sent a used item in damaged packaging. Didnt even apologise for sending an item he knew was missing the key part. Dont buy from this person. Communication is also so poor, takes ages to reply. Item quality was poor as it clearly used, not value £15. Offered to drop the keyboard and pickup replacement, no reply. Mouse appeared to have scratch marks. Dont buy from seller, totally unprofessional unreliable and lies about products. Better off buying same thing from Ali xpess for fraction
