    The item arrived broken. The plastic shaft cracked. I contacted this seller, he offered me a 30% discount and I could keep the item. I repeatedly advised that I refuse to pay for an item that was broken. He then offered 50% discount and keep the item. I refused again saying to either replace the item or provide a full refund. The seller stated that he had to pay eBay and pay shipping. This was a soap dispenser that I paid just over $27. This seller is not worthy of business. Be aware.

    Do not buy this item from this seller. Item was advertised $30 as AI translation ear buds but ordinary ear buds arrived. Seller offered 40% refund and keep item making net price $18 but same item advertisimed elsewhere for $10. It seems disreputable from the outset and then seller tried a deceptive offer as same item selling for half the discounted price!!!. Sad thing is any vendor can simply open up with a fresh name and keep scamming.
