The Hose arrived on time and packed well. However the switch didn't function properly and wouldn't turn vacuum on or off which had to be done by plugging in or unplugging cord. After communicating the issue, including photos, the Seller gave me a full refund. I would purchase from this seller again because of honesty and great customer service!

This seller was very prompt in shipping. While the record was in really good shape overall, the description failed to note a scratch on the record. Once i made them aware of that concern, they took me up on a suggested 50% refund, for what I feel is a fair price given the record's condition. The communication was prompt, and it's sometimes possible to miss a scratch on review of vintage vinyl, so I'm not holding that against them.
