This is NOT a sealed product, it is refurbished/repackaged. The seller tried to blame their "vendor" and ignored photo evidence of their product being mislabeled. The phone has numerous issues and plagued with unresponsiveness, bad network connections where another phone of the exact same model NEVER had problems with. Returning the phone is not in the question since I will be without one for days to weeks. I trusted them to give me what they promised, and they did not. Buyer beware
