Awful seller. I ordered the wrong size so requested cancellation less than 5 minutes after placing order. The seller ignored til the next day then rejected cancelation saying it was shipped already. Hmmm, convenient. Then it turns out they wanted me to pay £4 to send back an item that cost £10. It seems they thought I wouldn’t bother with the hassle and just keep the product. I tried contacting them for 5 days and received no response so had to get eBay to step in. Completely unprofessional.
