Arrived before due date. Packed loosely in a jiffi bag. A little shredded paper or the likes wouldn't go a miss. As the post man did throw them on the floor just inside my back door along with my letters luckily they were OK. Some of the buttons do need to be pressed firmly but they are a reasonable item for the price. Not in boxes but the items looks new and work just same as the original ones .
