    I was disappointed with this purchase. I understood the product was used and had a few noted broken parts, which I was fine with. However, the entire nutcracker fell apart as I gently removed it from the packaging, far beyond what was described. Also could tell the legs had previously been glued/repaired, but this was not mentioned. Despite some back-and-forth communication, the seller was unwilling to offer any credit or resolution. Unfortunately, I will not be buying from this seller again.

    Thank you for the feedback. Sorry it went this way. I took meticulous care to package the item. When boxed and sent the nutcracker was in great, sturdy condition (other than the noted damage to navigator) in bubble wrap and cardboard protection. You said no visible damage to the box. I tried to offer credit, but you refused to answer in what form and eventually stopped answering. I wish you would have kept in contact for a resolution, rather than your first paragraph threat of a "bad review".
