    Unfortunately this has been a very bad experience all round having dealt with Aramex in the past and never received my parcels I was alarmed right from the get go there tracking system is next to none existent and you carnt get in touch with anyone regards tracking your parcels. When I brought this to attention I was told to sit tight wait yet another week for it to arrive with no further help or communication. I’ve since had tohire a pump as this was urgently needed. I’ll buy elsewhere.

    The item arrived and when unpacked it had areas where the stain had either been rubbed off or missed completely. A couple of the parts were jammed together and were scratched when pulling apart. This would have been the fault of the manufacturer not allowing the stain to dry or poorly packing and not the fault of the seller. I asked for a refund and the seller has agreed so a positive result.
