Product arrived earlier than predicted and was well packaged and contained all labeled parts. No written directions, although pictures were fairly easy to follow. Of the 4 wheels that were to be screwed in, only 3 of the 4 would set. After trying other wheels in that particular (D) leg, it became clear that the screw holder was faulty. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and the seller was quick to respond. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement part. Great customer service!

Overall positive with some neutral aspects. Bought the 65 inch farmhouse TV stand. Price was great with free shipping. Bought it. Seller communicated well. Product was recieved early but box was very damaged. Probably UPS' fault. Customer service was amazing at handling a minor issue. The big issues I encountered was holes not being drilled in the panels. 10 to be exact. Had to make my own and skip some bigger ones. Right door hinge after install is sagging however, nothing too major.

This whelping box was offered at a very good price and was of high quality. Unfortunately, the shipping got delayed in transit, through no fault of the seller.
It came a few days too late for our needs. When I explained this to this seller, they were very prompt in replying and offered to split shipping cost with us and are giving us a full refund, which is more than fair. We are taking the pen to Fed Ex today.
