Which was positive, but had to rewrap the item and take it to USPS to return. All of my expense was refunded, so the experience was just a waste of time. I would have preferred to receive the item as described. Overall, I would rate the experience somewhere between neutral and positive.

Good price. But... There was a bad RAM stick in one of the computers preventing it from turning on. I was able to troublesoot and found the bad stick. Told seller they didn't respond. Shipping was good. Just a bit disappointed about one system not meeting the specs that were advertised.
