The Natural Patch Co. started around the dining table in 2019 when we had been spending the long summer with our children around a beautiful strip of land known as the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. Embracing the natural healing power of sun and sea, our kids were running free with the dirt and sand between their toes. But one constant had been holding us back from full enjoyment. It was the sound of mosquitoes and the inevitable swelling, blemishes and itchiness that came with them. The idea started with the kids rubbing citronella candle wax on their clothes, and this sparked an innovation.
