Unfortunately on this one occasion DPD fouled up the delivery of this item. But, tractorshak were brilliant. Very helpful and sympathetic, and in no way was the problem their fault. In fact took the rap and apologised on behalf of the courier. I would recommend tractorshak particularly for gaskets, because they do not fold them for shipping. Instead they are substantially flat packed, and despite prolonged and dubious handling by DPD arrived in perfect condition.
