Communication is excellent hence the 5 stars. However, buyers beware, sellers goes to other platforms and buys the item at their retail price and then puts their mark up on it. For instance, this mic stand was delivered by Amazon. The retail cost on Amazon is $43.99. Treadsetters charged $61.00. When I addressed this with trendsetters they did offer me to return and refund, so in that respect they are good sellers.

Dodgy seller: LITERALLY bought the $26.99 item off Amazon Prime and changed the delivery address to me, charging me $39.99. I know because the shipping label had a corner covered by the Amazon Prime box tape! Sell YOUR OWN stuff!

What you call a "seamless shopping experience" - charging $13 to literally change the postal address on an Amazon Prime order I call price gouging.

Very quick delivery but obviously ordered by the seller through Amazon with my address as the destination. As someone who doesn't have Amazon account, I don't mind paying a bit more for this service. For the actual product I ask my cats whose responses were "meow, mow, meow, brrrrr meow *claw to the face* meow", wise words, wise words, good thing I had the furniture protector to protect my face, it's thick and fairly rigid which does act as reasonable protection, nice.
