  Purchased LifePro cold sore red light 2/9/25. Seller said it was new. I received the item and lots of clear packing tape on it and contents in disarray not NEW. Seller said NO RETURNS. Item not as described so I contacted eBay and I was able to return the item. eBay instructs to return item so I mailed back, which was their instructions. Seller has not refunded me for my return. He will not answer any of my messages. This is dishonest and wrong. eBay moneyback guarantee is worthless.
