    This Seller openly mocks paying customers. The rechargeable scrubbing brush in the Seller's ad, is NOT the one you receive, and the Seller admits he does this intentionally, because he claims "it's not false advertising, it's good value"! WTF? This item is NOT Li-ion as advertised, it's Nicad! It's also NOT USB CHARGING, it's 240v wall adaptor! eBay has been notified formally and have records of all Seller responses. This Seller continues to knowingly list the same FALSE ads!!

    Exactly as pictured and described in listing. Shipping was faster than expected, it still hasn’t registered as delivered on eBay. I tested it and all functions work correctly. Be wary using shock function, I had it on level 1 and I’m still feeling it 15 mins later, it packs a punch! Hopefully I won’t have to use shock to get dog to stop the dog flipping the mower while it’s running. Fantastic condition, top value, great appearance. The seller sent it immediately and was a pleasure to buy from.
