Wrong item delivered
I was delivered the wrong item apparently this "picking error" had happened three times on the same day. I returned the double induction cooktop to the store in person so I could collect the hot water dispenser my Christmas present for my mother in law who cannot use one arm. The returns administration officer was kind and polite by my item had been sold to somebody else and they had no stock. Seriously disappointing for me & Jean the intended recipient. I am not looking forward to arriving for Christmas Lunch with out the gift I had selected with great pleasure.
