  Item was packaged nicely and seems to have kept it from getting damaged in transit. There is some cosmetic damage (faceplate broken in corner) on one of the units which was not directly mentioned or photographed which is a bit disappointing but the units appear fully functional as listed in description.   They go above and beyond for their customers and respond promptly when messaged! Id recommend them 100* :) 12$ shipping is worth it when the items I bought were 40$ so Thats 52$ for 130$ of genuine HP ink. On top of that I put the wrong address on my profile and was stricken with stress when I realized what I had done. The vendor reached out at the wee hours of the night and made me rest easy by switching the address for me. everything arrived neatly packaged and as shown. EXCELLENT BUISNESS!
