I can't get a true black copy or a true color copy. I've cleaned the heads. Do I need to something else. I love how it has the big ink cartridges

Like the big external ink wells on the side so you can see when you are getting low. I have had one Eason printer before and loved it because of all the separate ink cartridges so you can only change one at a time if you need to. Not the whole color cartridge because the yellow is gone. I thought the price was good for the all in one printer and fax and with the external ink wells.
