Great book to read and re-read
4 of 4 found this helpful Mr. Lencioni does a marvelous job in demonstrating the different areas in which all teams need to improve on. I for one work in the IT field and have found such personalities can make or break a team. They refer to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator for evaluating the personalities you will have to work with. That alone has made me a better team member. Helping to build trust within the team is the first function, lack there of is the first dysfunction. Each dysfunction is given ample discussion and development before he moves on to the next one. There is a section that serves as a synopsis. Read the entire book and learn how to work with and get to know how these characters survive the valley and flourish.

Review of Business Law 2006.
This was not chosen by my professor so I was not able to use it as the class text. It does make an excellent reference for general law and the business environment when questions arise. Very well written and timely with real world applications. I also like the references to current law that is being developed because of e-Commerce. Any student, grad, or newly hired business professional will benefit from having this book.

ASP.NET text book
The book is the one used in class. However, I would like if better if there were better examples. I can't seem to get the downloaded code samples to properly load. The Web's a better place for examples anyway.
