Needs redesign
The product has some design faults.
1. Getting the container onto the motorised body is difficult and fiddley to position and lock in . No easy task for someone who is challenged with not good strenght. No instructions or detailed instructions how to best undertake this process. May have to look at there BPR.[Business Process Re enginnering] We had to send product back within time frame due to fault in body casing. A section broke off at 1 of the lug points to hold to top container in place and also to seal the connection for it to operate. The company KGElectronics was very good in supplying a replacement unit after returning it which I was happy to do at my cost. Just think the product needs to be redesigned around these connection locations as to me it is definately a weakness . For the few times we did use it and it was never overloaded we found the unit quite good. As with all bad or suggestive improvement reviews nothing really changes.
