Repeat Buyer
1 of 1 found this helpful I already had two of these houses. Purple martins love them and I have "no vacancy" every year. My houses had become pretty well worn out so now I have purchased two (2) new ones. They are tedious to assemble, but well worth the effort. When you get frustrated, take a break. I'm 67 years old and my fingers don't handle those tiny little screws like they used to! The houses are well made and the improvements since my first two purchases years ago are great. The mounting onto a larger pole is not too difficult. I mounted mine on 2" pipes with a little thought and
fabrication. I love 'em, my dog Sonny loves 'em and most of all, the purple martins love 'em!

Great value.
Delicate. Careful with the tabs on the bulbs. One of my bulbs didn't work, replacement was $19.95.
