Looks good but poor performance
Wasn't sure when first used this product. The "frozen" function makes the bread eject quicker than normal so is uncooked. Plus the "normal" dial has had to be turned up from 2 to 4 to get the same browning effect over the last few weeks.
Bought with matching kettle which is excellent so have decided to persevere with toaster, but not sure how long that will last.

Good product but better packaging required
I have said it is good value as really liked the design and price was good compared to buying off-line. However there was no protective packaging, just brown paper, and both pots were cracked on arrival.
I didn't notice this until I was planting them and needed them urgently, so taped them up both inside and outside with black gaffa tape and hope they will last a while.
Shame as excellent product and would have ordered more and recommended if they had safe packaging.

Good value
My 9 yr old grandson got half way through the challenge cards on his first evening with this game. He had a number of breaks but kept coming back to it. (He said it was his 3rd best Christmas present!) It probably needs an adult with them to help guide them if they go wrong to stop them getting frustrated.
Game is very well constructed in what would appear to be durable materials. It was something a bit different which provided a bit of a challenge.
Only deducted one star as not sure if he will want to pick up again once he has completed all the challenges the first time round. However will hopefully be able to pass on to another child.
