Great
My free license to MS Office had another 1.5 months to go. While 90% of the time I can use OpenOffice, 10% of the time MS Office is far superior but 10% of the time is not worth the big annual fee from Microsoft. So happy to find and install this, price was right, installation was smooth, product was validated and usable. Very Happy!

very nice, not sure about longevity
It works well and is very quiet. The part that the watch wraps around seems doomed to break due to how it has to be removed. The plastic seems thin, doubt whether it would survive a small fall.

Better than good but not quite excellent
It is quiet, blissfully quiet! The all in one format has freed up a lot of desktop. The screen resolution is excellent and the large format means you can keep 2 sep. windows open without overlapping, great for multitasking. The built in speakers are pretty good, better than my old pair of Jensen's. The CPU is sufficiently fast, falls down a bit when viewing movies on the DVD, had to shut down some background programs to keep the movie from stuttering. Minor downsides: the USB ports are not easy access, very deep into the frame on the left side and rest are in the back, so you either get an extender or tilt the unit to access. Headphone jack for an RCA mini-jack is also in the back, a front port would have been better. There is a side port for a headphone, but not compatible with the RCA mini-jack. The HP provided documentation is poor. The major bad point - the built in WiFi is useless: unstable and insensitive. None of the online fixes fixed it, now use a USB WiFi adapter and life is good. The last issue is what downgraded the rating from 5 stars. All in all, I am very happy with this computer and highly recommend it.
