Great Item and does the job
I needed this to reduce the current of a battery pack that originally powered laptops. I wanted to power a portable Sony Blue Ray player and this worked perfectly. It's clearly marked so even a novice and wire it up. Two input wires and two outputs. Solid construction, sealed case with mounts for screws or room for double sided tape. Arrived a week or so later so allow time for shipping.

Did not work
I'd tried the plastic owls before for pigeons which used to cause problems on a roof but they did not work. The reason was the plastic owls don't move and after a while the birds notice this and then figure out they are no threat. So when I read about this flying owl which moves from the wind we tried it. We had a problem with a flock of pigeons in a tree by our home, tons of bird poop on our cars. So I mounted this owl on a pole about 10 feet high next to the tree in plain view of the birds. It would move with the wind so it looked like it was flying or moving. Sadly did not affect the birds and they ignore it. It just did not work
