Disappointed

This machine was advertised as a factory second/demo or refurbished/repaired by Breville. The machine is very second hand. It has done of over 4000shots, it arrived dirty, the stream wand was blocked with old milk, the show screen area was filthy, one of the feet is rusted out, there was a dent in the side of it and it has multiple scratches. It does work and after a clean is makes good coffee. I'm glad it has a 2 year warranty. Should have bought a new one.
