Poor product.

Airspeed is very poor unless you put it to max of > 9 then it's really noisy. When on heater there's only 3 speed, lowest speed is to loud to sleep with. Heater is not very hot. remote is not very responsive from more than 2 meters away. Whole unit oscillates which means you have blackspots to using remote. Would have returned it but it would cost too much. Was really impressed with Dyson and thought if was half as good it was worth being 25% of the cost but it's REALLY NOT.

Not really practical - needs to be designed

Not sure how to change it but these are the things that disappointed me about the product: 1) Toilet seat doesn't sit properly on the ceramic bowl 2) Because of (1) the seat presses down on the nozzle so you need to get up and down quickly to release the nozzles so that they can spray 3) because of (1) the angle of the nozzle is not correct as it is pressed downwards - the water jet is now too forward. You need to adjust by sitting a lot forward which is an issue for guys as you need to "lift your junk" onto the seat so that it sprays to the right place. 4) the toilet cleaning mode is too forward and sprays onto the water and not the back wall to clean it 5) Toilet seat no longer stays up as the angle is insufficient to allow it to the rest against the tank I like how clean it looks. The dial control is really simple and has a good feel to it
