Totally worthless product

It did nothing or near nothing to sharpen a dull Victorinox chef's knife. I must say I'm a bit surprised how useless this product is. I don't know understand it. Do not buy this sharpener.

A bit too short

Knife catches on the plastic tip. It is a fine grit rod that should work well for softer type steels but wasn't too good on one of my harder knives. It seems of good quality but it is too short for me.
