  Seller sent offer, i purchased, seller cancels order next day issues refund states no stock or damaged item and then reslist's item under a different item number with same photos and description, not sure how to respond. Contacted ebay and they will watch seller, ebay can make seller adhere to offer but i refused. But seller communicated before transcation, but before and after cancellation no communication. Dont like giving negative rating but deserves a neutral. Have to give 1 star no item

  You contacted me before you offered and offered more than what you ended up paying. It was a fault with eBay listing so you got them cheap. I was not willing to sell for that low so I contacted eBay for help who then advised to cancel the listing. I contacted you after the listing ended on 25th of November to sell at the price you agreed but you didn’t reply. Your feedback is false.
