Decrease in quality?
Purchased a full set in 2021 and was well pleased with the purchase.
Purchased another set but unfortunately the quality was not the same: the set arrived unsealed.
2 or 3 weeks after putting the set on the violin, three strings (the G, A & E) all snapped within an hour.
