Levine's work is groundbreaking! And this book says it all....astonishing.

Easily accessible and simply brilliant!
Drawing from the Existential thinkers of the pas and present, this book is a well articulated resource for therapists because it is written in accessible language, speaks to the inevitabilities of life as humans and how we integrate 'what is' into the therapeutic space in a way that is intended to be life giving and empowering. For me, this book brings forward a sense of excitement and motivation to dance with the anxieties of living in the limited time available to us as therapists, clients and humans.

Worth a read!
This is a really wonderful account of a harrowing personal story. Unfortunately the book fell apart shortly after I got it, so its not that easy to read, as I try to hold the pages together....
