Beware
1 of 1 found this helpful This is NOT a MMI lightning adapter, it’s only to charge. Your audio will NOT play with this thing. Don’t waste your money.

Great phone, few small issues
6 of 6 found this helpful I've had this phone a year now and love the features and sleekness of the design. I did originally get it on the release data, and have had it replaced 3 times since, once because the touch sensitive keys started going haywire and dialing randomly, and the other 2 because I dropped the phone while I had headphones plugged in which messed up the port. Apart from those slight issues, the features are really nice, interface is very easy to figure out, and the camera takes pretty clean images and video. The mini-SD card also makes it easy to store MP3/WMA files and use the MP3 player while on the go (or at the gym in my case). Reception is also incredible, best of all the phones I ever had. I get reception in the 3rd floor underground parking garage even!
The only few drawbacks are as follows.
1. You can NOT set your MP3/WMA files as ringtones, Verizon makes you purchase their vcast ringers.
2. The speakerphone was added after the fact due to many complaints from customers, so the sound quality is not very good.
3. The ports for SD-card and charger/speaker are annoying to open
4. Browsing songs stored on the SD card is very slow!
Small nitpicking items aside, this is the BEST phone that Verizon offers!

Unresponsive, Unstable, Flaky, Slow
1 of 1 found this helpful Devices constantly go into "motor offline" state, even though the hub and devices are constantly stationary. It'll work for a while, then require a reboot to get the devices to re-connect to it. It uses some short range 433mhz RF signal instead of a standard bluetooth or Zigbee connection which makes this pretty unstable.
