It's cheap but will do ok.
It's a cheap stamped out piece of junk, but if you don't need extreme accuracy or an heirloom tool for your grand-kids then it will do fine, and it is extremely cheap.

Too early to know
Vit B3 Nicotinamide was recommended to me at a dosage of 1 Gram per day by my skin cancer specialist. I have now been taking 2 tabs per day for 2 months, but won't be able to judge effectiveness at reducing the occurrence of BCC's and SCC's until I see him again in 10 months. Some clinical trials are reporting significant effectiveness.
Plusses: Fairly affordable and available
Minusses: Taste pretty grim
