After trying to cancel, this item before it was sent to me through eBay then no response from the seller, the item didn't arrive at all. I then started an "item hasn't arrived" and a request for a refund it took a few days for the seller to respond and I received a refund. The seller sent me a polite note of apology saying he/she was in ICU in hospital. most unfortunate that they couldn't have arranged some kind of message to eBay to save frustrating circumstances for their customers.
