    I bought this bracelet in December.. paid for it plus postage costs as stated. I have now had to pay a further £48 for Customs to release the item because the seller didn’t pay for this nor explain about further costs. That’s almost an added 25% of the price again. Not what I would call a good buy!! I still haven’t received the item!!🤷‍♀️

    It is the buyer's responsibility to check if there are custom charges on their end. It is not the responsibility of the seller. The item was posted Express Post within the time specified and with tracking number provided to you. The delay in delivering the item to you is not our fault. Had you been able to purchase a matching quality item with such value for money at your location you wouldn't have purchased it from us. Our customers are knowledgeable and understand their obligations and ours.
