The bits that fitted seem to work ok.
My kit turned up with a different hose to the right angled one pictured on the photo. Luckily that hose was reusable on my car so I was still able to do the job. However if that hose was damaged, I wouldn’t have been too pleased.

Cheap is not necessarily cheerful!
Having recently moved house, we wanted a bathroom shelf without spending a fortune, as we plan to replace the bathroom before too long. Having looked on John Lewis for one, we felt that £40 for a shelf that we might only use for 6 months was a bit dear. So I bought this instead...... I wish I hadn’t! The brackets don’t secure to the wall particularly well, they still move slightly and won’t fully tighten. The shelf mounts were out of shape even before I fitted it and don’t tighten enough to hold the shelf in place. All in all, that £40 for a properly designed shelf seems quite cheap now! Lesson learned!

Solved leaky strainer
Bought to replace a cheaper brand of strainer that leaked. I swear by mcalpine plumbing wastes. This is no exception.
