A Haunting Documentary For Road Race Enthusiasts Everwhere!
A beautifully presented documentary about Northern Ireland's most famous racing dynasty, the Dunlop family. Spanning the decades from the early careers of Joey and Robert Dunlop and that of William and Michael in the modern era, the viewer is given an insight into what it takes to be part of the world's most dangerous motor sport - road racing.
Archival race footage is interspersed with commentary from close family, friends and sponsors, and, more importantly, from the racers themselves. Narrated by Liam Neeson, the documentary gives an insight into the professional racing careers and private lives of this remarkable family, though the tone is often somber, and the story told one of loss and tragedy. I would have liked more on-bike footage of the riders, and more coverage of the racing itself, because that is what inspired and drove these men. What is provided here is electrifying and hair raising, but it is only a glimpse of their achievements on track, and barely gives any insight into the sheer hard work and determination it takes to participate in this, the most gruelling of sports.
Very much worth a look if you love motor sport - but don't expect your non-sporting family and friends to understand the events as they unfold, and why these men kept racing when tragedy dogged them. No documentary could explain the 'why' of road racing, I doubt the riders could explain it themselves. Haunting and beautiful, kudos to the film makers, and all those involved in making this remarkable documentary.

Better Than Expected!
Purchased these Flower Pot Trolleys with very low expectations because of the price. How wrong could I be? The trolleys are sturdy, well made and very light. The rollers are smooth and responsive, and are attached firmly to the underside of the trolley. I'm using mine to support and transport a rather large computer tower without any problems at all. Very happy with product - not shabby at all.
