The game that started the franchise
We all know that Tony Hawk is a legendary skater, but it was this game that made his name a household item. The original game was on the PS1 and N-64 and was a very good game. Then there was the port over to the Dreamcast. It was the same game, only that the graphics were signifigantly better. The character models in the old games were from 450-600 polygons each, while the Dreamcast version boosted that number to 1500 and over. The locales are the same as are the challenges, but the video and audio quality are way better. The game itself is very fun, but since it is the first installment of the series, many will find that it is lacking in some places like control and depth to the game, but overall it is enjoyable and is pretty good.

A decent fighter
Battle Arena Toshinden Remix is an update from the original arcade game. They added one or two new characters and some new game modes. While it might not be nearly as good as Virtua Fighter or even Elan Doree, but it is thousands of times better than Criticom which was a complete and total mess. The game is fun to play but is extremely funny in the voice acting. Not nearly as bad as the first Resident Evil, but still entertaining. The gameplay is pretty basic, beat up a coulple of people in a tournament and come out the victor. The probles with this game are that the special moves are hard to pull off, so you'll pretty much find yourself using your weapon and kicks to defeat your enemies. Whe you do a special move it's one of those "what did I do?" moments. Overall the game is pretty good and does well to please you for an hour or two at a time.

Warhammer!!!
This game is based of the popular pen and paper RTS Warhammer 40,000 following the story of the space marines Blood Angels and the Genestealers. The game is a first person shooter, a little tactical actually. The game uses the DOOM engine or a modified buld of it with very well done sprite animations. So the graphics are actually petty decent for the time. The game is mostly about luck rather than skill. If a genestaler is behind you, there is no way to turn around and shoot it in time. Then there is the close combat sitsuations where there is a 70% chance of getting killed. The audio is pretty good and your teamates will alert you if they are under attack or an enemy is stalking you. The map screen and directing your troops when you get promoted is a mess. Your men will pretty much do what they want rather thando what they're told. The game overall is pretty good and will take you a while to beat it. If you're a fan of warhammer you'll like this game even more.
