This is the best CPU you can put in a Dell OptiPlex 7010. HUGE improvement over the i3/i5.

Speed up an old OptiPlex
Great improvement for an OptiPlex 7010/7020/9010/9020

Will not fit in a OptiPlex 7020 SFF
It's an okay card, but the heat sink is too tall to fit in a SFF OptiPlex 7010/7020. Put it in an old Inspiron 560.
