I ordered 13 wine glasses. When I received them, 6 were broken. They were not properly wrapped. They were wrapped in a single sheet of paper and a thin sheet of bubble wrap shipped in a chewy box. I also paid $21.95 for shipping which was higher than the cost of the glasses. When I got in contact with the seller and asked if he insured the package and request the half of the total paid including shipping should be refunded, he never responded back. Totally disappointed. 0 stars
