Great entry level temperature controller.
If you aren't sure if you want to get into sous vide cooking, this is a great way to find out on the cheap along with a $20 crock pot, culinary torch and Ziploc freezer bags. I've had great results cooking octopus, lamb chops, chicken breasteseses and ribs. The housing is plastic, but not flimsy to where you can hear it creak and squeak when you press the buttons. There's a bit of a learning curve with the settings, but when you get it, it's cake.

Is what it is.
These wall hangers are fine for light instruments like acoustic guitars. It's definitely too narrow for 8 string guitars. My scrap with these things is that they bow really bad under the weight of standard electric guitars. I have an Ibanez RG, Fender Strat, Jackson Kelly and Squire Bullet hanging from these. Even the light body of the Squire makes these bend a lot. It's to the point where it looks like it's going to break. If you're looking to hang solid body electrics, save some time and go straight to the metal hangers. If you're looking to just hang light stringed instruments, these are a great deal. Otherwise, nah.

On-Stage ASP3021 - Large Monitor Isolation Pads
The foam is nice and stable. Compression is minimal under my 22lb monitors. Would be nicer if they were thicker so that they could provide a steeper angle position, but at $25, zero complaints otherwise.
