2 out of 3 is not to bad.
First one I opened would not fit into my standard 1/4" router collet, ground shaft a little to make it fit but when I used it burned the drawer front I was trying to trim. bearing was smaller than cutting surface. would cost more to return it than I payed so trashed it. I have used two more out of order and they seem to work fine.

Really good shade from the hot sun
It fits perfectly above the barbecue and it shades so good from the sun. Love it and glad we have it to use for a long time.
