The Best SNES Around
The unit that I purchased was absolutely beautiful. It was in perfect condition, with no yellowing, scuffs, or any sign of use, either inside or out. I'd easily believe it came complete in a sealed box, even though.
Uses a standard 2.1mmx5.5mm barrel plug power supply, 9v, center negative. Unlike the North American SNES, this is a standard power adapter, does not break as easily, and is easily replaced if it did.
The shape of the cartridge slot will not admit North American SNES cartridges, however the internal hardware is identical, so the unit can play SNES carts if you want it to.
So long as you're not using RF, uses standard NTSC signals usable on North American displays.
This was the 1CHIP-01 board revision, which still includes CSYNC has a beautiful picture on CRTs over RGB or S-Video. I didn't even feel the need to bypass the internal RGB amp, the picture is so good.
My only complaint is that the cords on the controllers are too short. They are about 2' long compared to the ~6' of a NA SNES controller.

A Great Little Retrogaming Powerhouse!
Beautiful little machine; I prefer the look and size of these to the North American TurboGrafx-16. Limited to RF output unless you get an AV expansion, which is fine. Relatively easy to open up and recap, and gleams after a soak in the retrobright bath. Uses the same power adapter as a Genesis Model 1. The controllers are cool, too, with built in turbo-fire! A great unit to add to any retrogaming collection.

One of the greatest action platformers for the NES
Rygar for the NES has been my favorite NES game since I discovered it as a child, renting it from the local mom and pop VHS rental place.
The music is epic. You can find YouTube videos of guitar players covering these tunes.
The setting is grand in the way that classic NES games do so well: shows you just enough to set your imagination alight with bleak, sweeping landscapes in a ravaged world.
