3 of 3 found this helpful I brought this after watching a buzzfeed video and I was sick of the Donald duck butt pads gave me. I hate tampons, so this seemed like great option and value, plus i'm sort of saving the planet. The first time I use it I had trouble inserting it right ,I even called up the company to guide me, yess it was one of the awkwardest phone calls I've ever made, but their tips worked, all you need is to insert it straight in there. After that use those kegel (muscles used when you need to pee) for it completely open. Then, lastly, just push it until nothing is sticking out. I cut the stem to make it comfortable. All in all, this is a great product I wish every women used it because it makes the time of the month a breeze. Plus as an added bonus you feel clean because there is no oxygen hitting the blood leading to a clean fresh lady tunnel.
