High quality This curcumin phytosome can cross blood brain barrier and its the only thing that helps my migranes. Look up studies showing 2000mg curcumin is equal to an 800mg ibuprofen

1 of 1 found this helpful One of the best quality curcumins on the market includes black pepper extract to enhance absorbtion by 400%. Curcumin thats not phytosome or with black pepper is barely absorbed in your body.
