Unacceptable
Non-factory operating system rendered it impossible to use.

Quality
3 of 3 found this helpful Quality was substandard. Bolt holes were misaligned which made assembly quite difficult. Once assembly and TV mounting had been accomplished, TV was not completely horizontal; was tilted to right several degrees. Attempt to correct this was only partially successful.
While I am not asking for a refund, I would not recommend this product because tolerances to which it was manufactured were clearly not precise.
