don't know if it good pump.
the pump wouldn't fit in my tank. the plastic housing diameter little larger then reg pump, just enough so installing rubber o ring on new pump body it wouldn't go in the tank, i spent hour trying get it in . just gave up. so don't know if it good working pump . i put old pump back.

not sure , haven't installed it. it looks like good quality, the cap and rotor have brass contact that most import-en part for me.

think good ideal.
i purchase this for my ebike. i couldnt make fit . the stabilizer well built, but little heavy side. the came all parts and bolts. just couldnt make work on my e-bike
