Liu He Gong - Six Unity Exercise
An excellent book for instructors, practitioners and those who have learned the form. It should be used with the video DVD of the form since written instructions and diagrams can't convey 100%. The DVD can be available if you attend a study group at the Shanghai Qigong Research Institute as the DVD comes packaged with the book - but I have not sighted the DVD outside of that source.

Serves well as a new fitting or replacement.
Improvements had been made from the original MkII. Easy enough to fit provided the instructions are followed. Overall it works well.
Maybe a bit more quality control - the manual locking snib requires the powder coat paint to be removed from the inside of the face plate to allow free movement - the key is difficult to slide in and requires a shot of WD40.
